I haven't received my order yet. When will it arrive?

Waiting for your jewelry to arrive can be hard - we understand! Use you’re tracking number to review your order status with USPS for the most up to date information.

Can you customize certain pieces or are you able to create custom malas? 

At this time, we are not offering custom malas. If you have any design ideas we are happy to entertain them for the future but can't make any promises.

I just placed an order and I want to change it or add to it.

Absolutely, you can change your order or add as long as we haven’t already sent it out! Simply email us with your contact info and we will gladly help you out kuratifmalas@gmail.com

I placed an order on Amazon and I'm not happy with my purchase.

If you are not happy we are not happy. Fill out the contact form or send us an email with your order number and we will make it right.

My order will not go through, what do I do?
Try refreshing your browser cache as a first step. It is also a good idea to verify that all of your shipping and credit card information is entered correctly. Still not working? Email us at kuratifmalas@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Will my jewelry look exactly the same as in the picture?
Each piece of jewelry is handmade our stones are all natural gemstones, making each one unique in color, vibration, and property. Your mala is unique like you are, and we hope that you love it as much as we do.

How do I clean my Mala?

Use a moist hand wipe to clean instead of submerging them under water. If the tassel on your mala needs some love, just lightly damp it, comb it and hang it on a doorknob to dry.
